About Point North

Point North is a charity and grant maker fighting poverty and enriching lives in County Durham and Tees Valley.

The money we raise for Point North will be distributed throughout the region and given to charities and community groups. All of the charities and groups Point North give funds to work tirelessly to help people who need urgent support today and to create opportunities for a better life tomorrow.

This means your donation might go towards a food bank for local families, or cooking lessons for young adults. It might go to community centres who keep their doors open and their heating on throughout winter, or it might support a talented young athlete to travel to a tournament.
